The Ledge Rock Program is a fee based program that moves the emphasis away from trading and focuses on growing your wealth. This program offers the flexibility of a full service brokerage account with the added feature of a variable fee rate depending on the investment returns in your account. The emphasis is on ensuring that we work together to increase your wealth.

THE CORNERSTONE PROGRAM

The Cornerstone Program is a fee based program offering all of the same features as the Ledge Rock Program. However, instead of a variable rate, the fees are set at a fixed rate. This program also offers the flexibility of a full service brokerage account with a fixed asset-based fee. Fees are calculated quarterly based on the value of the assets in your account. This fixed rate fee program ensures that we have a vested interest in the success of your accounts.

THE GRANITE PROGRAM

The Granite Managed Investment Program lifts the burden of ongoing transactions from your shoulders. Our Portfolio Manager and Associate Portfolio Manager will manage your portfolio on a discretionary basis, taking care of day-to-day investment decisions and administration. The Granite Program offers either the variable returns base fee calculation as the Ledger Rock program or the fixed fee rate as in the Cornerstone Program.
